We are excited to announce the return of A Night for Paws on Tuesday, September 30, 2025!

Throw on your best denim and rhinestones and join us for an evening of rescue tales. This event promises to be a memorable featuring delicious cocktails, hor d’oeuvres and dinner by Choplin’s, an incredible selection of live and silent auction items, live entertainment by In By Nine, and perhaps best of all, the opportunity to support the lifesaving work of Lake Norman Humane.

Rescue. Rehabilitate. Rehome. That is our mission. Lake Norman Humane is a 501(c)3 non-profit Animal Welfare organization located in Mooresville, NC. We receive no ongoing state local, or federal funding. We rely entirely on the generosity of donors and supporters to continue our lifesaving programs, helping over 900 animals a year and counting. We provide a loving refuge, full medical care, and new beginnings for pets from several local Animal Control shelters, numerous rescue organizations, as well as for pets whose owners are no longer able to care for them.
